How can I manage my actions?

Hound creates targeted Actions for each broker that are identified by one of seven different triggers. These triggers include;

Annual review – Conducting periodic or annual reviews is best practice and Hound creates a snapshot of each customer’s overall position that you can personally tailor to their situation. You’re then able to email this report to them directly from the Hound platform, all in your branding of course.

On The Market – Real time access to Property Market Data so you know if a customer has listed their property for sale.

Loan Health – A score calculated by comparing the customer’s current loan interest rate to the best available market rates for their scenario.

Potential Equity – Receive notifications when customers have substantial equity that may be unlocked.
Fixed Rate and Interest only Expiry – Reminders when a customer’s Fixed Rate or Interest Only period is coming up to expiry.

Arrears – Be notified when a loan falls into arrears.

Fixed Rate Expiry – Customise when you are notified of an upcoming fixed rate expiry to stay on top of one of the highest risk/opportunity events in the lifetime of a loan.

IO Expiry – Choose how far in advance you’re notified of an upcoming IO Expiry to ensure the best experience for you and your client.

The triggered actions essentially create a ‘to do’ list for the broker to complete on a daily or weekly basis.
Once you have viewed an Action you have three options – Cancel, move the Action to a later date, or create an Opportunity from that Action.
