Hound is an all-inclusive back book management platform helping brokers keep their customers longer, grow their trail books and increase profitability.

After identifying that there are very few tools available to help brokers understand and manage their back books, the Founder Peter Smyth created Hound. Hound is independently owned with Peter being Hound’s largest shareholder along with several private investors and all Hound’s current team members.
Using the data from within your CRM, your commission statements and various 3rd party data providers, Hound’s algorithms alert brokers to the clients that are at highest risk of leaving their book giving brokers an opportunity to contact these clients before they leave. Hound also provides you detailed analysis of your book so you can keep track of all the important trail book KPIs to ensure you get the highest value for your book when you go to sell.

We understand how important writing new business is to help sustain a broking business, but there does come a time in a brokers life when run off on the back book increases. Loans being paid down or leaving you without your knowledge, often to a point where the new business coming in the front door is only covering what is running out the back door. Your biggest asset is standing still.

Hound is the only platform of its kind looking after your back book, saving you time so you can focus on the highest priority items, grow your book and increase profit.

Hound requires your CRM data and commission statements each month however you are able to provide Hound access to this so we can do it for you.
Sometimes the client names from the commission statements don’t match exactly the client names in your CRM data. Hound will work with you to match as many of these loans as possible.

The privacy and security of your customers data is a top priority for Hound. Hound utilises a Salesforce platform and when it comes to security no platform is better protected than Salesforce.

We will set you and your team up initially when you commence with Hound. If you take on a new staff member after you have been onboarded, we can easily provide them access upon your request. You can contact Hound at [email protected].

You can reset your password via Hounds login screen by clicking on the ‘forgot password’ link.
All your data will be permanently and securely deleted from the Hound platform.
