When your data is provided to Hound we use Hound’s proprietary BRITE data matching tool to ensure we can get the highest match rate possible between your loans (commission statement) and customers (CRM data).
Although we endeavour to match 100% of the data there may be a subset of data that we are unable to match, usually due to an anomaly in the data provided.
Hound has a missing information dashboard and we also prefix any records that have missing information with “**” to make you aware of these. This way you can deal with any information gaps as you work with the platform so that you’re able to progressively complete your database.
